On Your Side are looking for people from all walks of life, ages, from ESEA and non-ESEA backgrounds, who can help CHAMPION our new service and extend On Your Side’s reach to ESEA communities. Whether you are a seasoned community advocate or newer to advocacy; whether you are a student, support worker, or a manager – if you have a wide reach to ESEA networks, we want to hear from you.

Full training (3 hours) will be provided online. The next training will be held in April 2025. You will be supported as a Community Champion with a peer group system and staff contact. We will work with you to determine how many hours a week you can champion On Your Side for. Community Champions are expected to commit to the programme for at least two months.
